Cancellation Policy

This advance notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting for our services. Full Service Charge for Late Cancellations: Please be aware that if a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. Exceptional Circumstances: We recognize that extraordinary situations can arise. If you believe your case merits an exception to our policy, please contact us directly to discuss your circumstances.
