Welcome to NeuHolistic. By engaging in our coaching and therapy services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Complimentary Initial Consultation:

   • Each new client or couple at NeuHolistic is entitled to a one-time Complimentary Initial Consultation. This session is crucial for assessing individual needs and establishing the direction for therapy or coaching.

   • This offer is limited to one consultation per individual or couple and cannot be repeated or transferred.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any session, including those within a Bespoke Treatment Plan.

   • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit for that session.

   • We urge clients to communicate any scheduling changes as early as possible to allow us to efficiently manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.

3. Refund Policy:

   • Full refunds for any plan or session are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.

   • No refunds will be issued for any part of a purchased plan after the first session has commenced.

   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Client Conduct:

   • Clients are expected to engage in respectful and appropriate communication and behavior during all sessions and interactions with NeuHolistic staff.

   • NeuHolistic reserves the right to terminate or refuse services if a client's behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful.

5. Confidentiality:

   • NeuHolistic is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all client information, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability:

   • While NeuHolistic aims to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our services should be viewed as a component of a holistic wellness plan.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

   • NeuHolistic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
